Ojibwa, Wisconsin, is located in Sawyer County at the intersection of state highways 27 and 70 about 25 miles north of
Ladysmith. Its post office closed on June 13, 1986. It was named by Ben F. Faast for the Chippewa River and the Chippewa (Ojibwa) Indians in the area.
