Conrath, Wisconsin, is a tiny village of about 90 people in Rusk County. It is located about 2 miles east of state highway 27 and 7 miles southeast of Ladysmith, which is on US Highway 8.
The settlement was originally called Main Creek for the stream that runs through the area. It was later named for logging brothers Frank and Charles Conrath.
