Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, is located in Door County along state highway 57 on the Lake Michigan side of the Door Peninsula about 20 miles northeast of Sturgeon Bay. It is named for Captain Justice Bailey who sought shelter there during a storm in 1848. About 250 people live in the village.
