You can get to Bagley, Wisconsin, via county road or by boat. Bagley is located on the Mississippi River about 10 miles south of Prairie du Chien in Grant County in the southwestern part of the state. County roads X, P, and A are the three routes into the village which is home to about 370 people.
The land was originally owned by Alfred and Mary Bagley for whom the town is named. Being a tourist area on the river, the population can temporarily expand to as much as four times the normal amount in the summer.
