Woodville, Wisconsin, is a village in St. Croix County touched by US Highway 12 on the north and I-94 on the south about 25 miles east of Hudson, which is on the St. Croix River. It has about 1350 residents.

It was first called Kelly's Switch after A. A. Kelly. It was renamed either for Woodville, New York, or for an early settler or for the local flora of the day.
