Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, is a village in Barron and Polk counties at the intersection of US Highways 8 and 63 about 25 miles east of St. Croix Falls, which is on the Mississippi River. It has about 990 residents.

It was first named Skowhagen for Skowhagen, Maine, but was later changed to Turtle Lake after the nearby body of water.
