Rosendale, Wisconsin, is a village in Fond du Lac County at the intersection of state highways 23 and 26 about 10 miles west of
Fond du Lac, which is on the southern shore of Lake Winnebago. It has about 1000 residents. It was apparently named for a dale of roses growing in the area at the time of settlement.
