Poy Sippi, Wisconsin, is located in Waushara County along state highway 49 about 30 miles west of Oshkosh. It has about 370 people.
The Potawatomi called the Pine River, which flows through the town, Poygan Sippi because it flows into Poygan Lake. Poygan Sippi was shortened to Poy Sippi. (I think sippi, or sibe, means "river".)
