Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is a village in Kenosha County adjacent to
Kenosha to the north and Lake Michigan to the east. I-41 / 94 and state highways 31, 32, 50, and 165 run through the area. It has about 21,250 residents. It was apparently named for the nice flora in the area.
