Osceola, Wisconsin, is a village in Polk County along state highway 35 and the St. Croix River about 8 miles south of St. Croix Falls. It has about 2800 residents.

For a time, it was called Leroy in honor of a man who was killed while cutting timber. It was renamed Osceola Mills for the Seminole Chief Osceola. The "Mills" portion was later dropped.
