Muskego, Wisconsin, is a city in Waukesha County mostly between I-43 and state highway 36 (Loomis Rd.). It shares its eastern border with Franklin and its northern border with
New Berlin. US Highway 45 also runs through the southeastern corner of the city. It has a population of about 25,000.
The name comes from the Potawatomi Mus-kee-Guaac which means "sunfish" (and possibly other things).
