Lowell, Wisconsin, is a village in Dodge County along state highway 60 about 15 miles north of Watertown. It has about 325 residents.

The settlement was first known as Town Ten (perhaps just the township?) for reasons unknown (to me). It was later renamed for Lowell, Massachusetts.
