Horicon, Wisconsin, is a city in Dodge County located where state highways 28 and 33 meet about 20 miles north of Watertown. It has about 3600 people.

The place was first called Elk Village, then Indian Ford, and then Hubbard's Rapids after Henry Hubbard. Settlers from Lake George, New York, suggested it be called Horicon, since Lake George was formerly called Lake Horicon. Horicon means "clear water" in Mohican.
