Holcombe, Wisconsin, is located in Chippewa County along state highway 27 about 30 miles northeast of Chippewa Falls. It has about 270 people.

It was first called Little Falls and then Lake Holcombe (still the name of its township). The Lake portion has since been dropped in common usage.
