Fish Creek, Wisconsin, is located in Door County on Green Bay along state highway 42 about 25 miles northeast of Sturgeon Bay. About 1000 people live there. Its name comes from the name of an old Menominee and Objiwa site called Ma-go-she-kah-ning which means "trout fishing".
