Blair, Wisconsin, is a city along state highway 95 just of its intersection with State Highway 53 in Trempealeau County about 40 miles north of
La Crosse. It has about 1350 residents.
Blair was first called Porterville after the Porter family. It was changed to Blair in honor of John Insley Blair of Blairstown, New Jersey.
