Reedsburg, Wisconsin, is a city in Sauk County at the intersection of state highways 23 and 33 about 15 miles southwest of
Wisconsin Dells. It has almost 10,000 residents.
It may first have been known as Babb's Ford for James W. Babb. It was later named for David C. Reed.
