Park Falls, Wisconsin, is a city in Price County at the intersection of state highways 13 and 182 about 55 miles south-southeast of Ashland, which is on Lake Superior. It has 2200 residents.
It was originally called Muskellunge (or Muskallonge) Falls, presumably for the muskies found in the nearby waters. It was renamed for the flora in the area.
