Grantsburg, Wisconsin, is a village in Burnett County located where state highway 87 runs into highway 70 about 25 miles north of
St. Croix Falls, which is on the St. Croix River. It has almost 1300 residents. It was named by Canute Anderson in honor of General Ulysses S. Grant.
