Cecil, Wisconsin, is located along the eastern shore of Shawano Lake at the intersection of state highways 22 and 117 in Shawano County. It's just a few miles east of Shawano, which lies at the west end of the lake. It's population is about 550. It was named for Cecil Leavitt.
